Sweet Treats from Infinite Bakes

If you’re in the mood for something sweet, then make a note to check out the sweet treats from Infinite Bakes.

While they offer a variety of sweet bakes like brownie, chocolate cake, designed buttercream cakes – and even cheesecake – we tried the fudgy brownie and the mango passionfruit tres leches cake.

The cakes are available in a variety of designs and sizes, but we went for the typical 8-inch trays.

First off, the fudgy brownie. Just like the name, the brownie was chocolatey, dense, and properly fudgy with a soft, almost melt-in-the-mouth texture in the centre. The top was slightly crackly, giving just enough contrast before you get into that rich interior. The brownie was also not overly sweet, but quite balanced with the chocolate flavour coming through prominently.

Now, for the mango passionfruit tres leches!

The cake itself was moist without being soggy at all; every inch was fully soaked with the milk mixture, giving it the signature softness of the tres leches cake but still held its structure when you cut into it.

The whipped cream topping was light and not overly sweet, adding a soft, airy texture without making the dessert feel heavy. The cubed mango on top brought a natural sweetness which was offset by the tanginess of the passionfruit pulp, tying everything together.

Overall, Infinite Bakes offers a delightful selection of sweet treats that are carefully crafted and balanced in flavour. Whether you’re indulging in a simple dessert or celebrating a special occasion, their bakes make for a satisfying and enjoyable experience for any sweet tooth!
